Mr. Donald Rice, C|M|LAW ’96, Assistant to the Mayor and Director of Human Resources will be on-campus at 12PM on November 7 in LB60 to provide information about career paths with the City of Akron and the specific positions for which the City is currently hiring: https://www.governmentjobs.com/careers/akron/law

Mr. Rice has 29 years of government experience. He formerly served as the Chief of Staff of the Cleveland Municipal Court, Office of the Clerk of Courts. He joined the Clerk’s office in 1996 as the Director of the Civil Division, was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and played a major role in the development of staff and agency-wide processes and business practices.

Prior to his service in the Cleveland Municipal Court, Mr. Rice served as a Neighborhood Planner and Senior Development Officer in the City of Cleveland Department of Community and Economic Development.
