Developing into a professional begins your first day of law school. Of course, that includes developing the intellectual capacity and the practical skills to think and analyze like a lawyer. It also includes your personal brand.

Millennial workplace guru Lindsey Pollak has written: “Every one of us has to be proactive in creating our persona – you don’t want to leave how people see you up to chance.” It is never too late – or too early – to assess and to evolve.

On Thursday, September 7 at 12PM in Room 207, the Office of Career Planning will host a workshop on knowing and communicating your personal brand. Bring your lunch and join us to discuss how to take ownership over how people see you, and continue on your path towards becoming the type of professional that employers want to hire.

This workshop will count towards the three required upper-level programs for earning Official C|M|LAW Student Business Cards!
