The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s (CMBA’s) Business, Banking & Corporate Counsel Section’s Entertainment, Sports & Media Subcommittee, the Positive Coaching Alliance – Cleveland, and the Great Lakes Sports and Entertainment Law Academy are hosting a panel discussion on “Ethics in Sports” on Tuesday, December 5th. The panel will discuss the on-going DOJ investigation into college athletics, concussion protocols, including return to play and return to class guidelines, and navigating ethical issues in working with youth players and coaches regarding influences from professional sport.
