The Office of Career Planning is now the Office of Career Strategy & Employment. This name change combines the two key elements of the Office’s mission. First, gainful and meaningful employment for all students and graduates. Second, the development of an individualized career strategy for each student. Gainful and meaningful employment does not happen by chance; it requires cultivation, self-assessment, self-directed learning and engagement, and the support of others.
