What you will be doing:
This externship placement will provide the opportunity to support the General Counsel in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Matters engaged in might include contract review and negotiation, corporate governance, intellectual property, drafting commercial loan documents, licensing, and more. In addition to the M&A activities, the extern may assist with general business litigation and employment matters.
