Lt. Cmdr. Lauren Cherry with the U.S. Navy JAG will be on campus on January 17, 2019, to conduct structured interviews with 2L and 3L students interested in considering a career as a Naval Officer and Lawyer.
Structured interviews are a required part of the Navy JAGC application process and must be completed by the application deadline date for their application to be considered.
Students can find the online application and instructions at www.jag.navy.mil/careers. The application for this cycle is open now and will close on February 8, 2019.
Students who would like to schedule their structured interview for the on-campus date of January 17, 2018, should email INTERVIEWREQUEST9RLSOMW@navy.mil to request an interview time. Interview requests should be submitted by January 10, 2019.
Structured interviews last approximately one hour and are conducted by two interviewers. LTCR Cherry will be one of the interviewers and a second interviewer will join by phone.
Students who are interested in learning more but not yet sure they want to schedule a structured interview are invited to attend the informational session that will also be hosted on January 17.
