We are pleased to announce a new corporate counsel externship opportunity with ASM International. ASM International is a global trade association for professionals who work in materials sciences. This externship placement will provide the opportunity to support the General Counsel in all aspects of advising a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. Matters engaged in might include contract review and negotiation, corporate governance, intellectual property, export compliance, licensing, and more.
If you have at least 29 credit hours completed and a GPA of 2.25 or higher, and would like to add an externship to your fall schedule, you are encouraged to apply to this opportunity as soon as possible.
